Hoy acudí a pedirlo y el ejemplar de la entrada no supo que onda y me dio turno, esperé casi 40 minutos y el trámite llevó 3 minutos. Al final, con expresión de sorna y burla, preguntó Algo más en que te pueda ayudar. Me imaginé que todos los de Banorte tenían y pensé en sus ancestros. Somos reflejo del país que habitamos. Triste y deprimente.
