Casi siempre salen con la excusa de que no hay dinero en caja, que regresen más tarde. Es una lastima por qué mancha el nombre del banco, sin lugar a dudas es la peor sucursal de Veracruz.

No respetan la fila de atención y no son capaces de darte una solución a esperas de más de 1 hora, simplemente dicen "no estamos respetando los turnos, estamos haciendo fila. Si ya esperaste una hora no hay nada más que hacer, fórmate al final y vuelve a esperar".
