★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo trato! Tuve que esperar 4 horas para abrir una cuenta de banco. Pero me pusieron mal los datos y no pude acceder. Otras 4 horas para pasar al ejecutivo y correjir los datos. Aun asi la app online de Banorte no funciona ni en el telefono ni en el portatil. Cancelé la cuenta no había forma! Vete al HSBC que te atienden con nivel.
Very bad deal! I had to wait 4 hours to open a bank account. But I got the data wrong and I couldn't access. Another 4 hours to go to the executive and correct the data. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, pésimo atención al cliente, me da lastima que los trabajadores tengan tan poca capacidad de atención al cliente y además no es posible que tengan poca paciencia y hasta en un punto discriminar, tal vez los trabajadores se sienten superiores que cualquier otra persona. Me indigna que esto pase en México
