★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los procesos más sencillos los hacen lo más complicado posible. ¿Quieres depositar un cheque? Lo tiene que autorizar un ejecutivo, solo hay 3 y son tan lentos que la fila es interminable. No, de nada sirve pasar directamente a caja. El cheque se tiene que autorizar aún cuando éste a tu nombre y no al portador. Mejor saca varios turnos para diferentes cosas a ver cual atienden primero.
The simplest processes make them as complicated as possible. Do you want to deposit a check? It has to be authorized by an executive, there are only 3 and they are so slow that the line is endless. No, it is useless to go directly to the cashier. The check must be authorized even if it is in your name and not to the bearer. Better take several turns for different things to see which they attend first.
