One of the ATMs is not working and has no warning so there is a problem with the cars that get into that one.

The worst customer service experience. Really dire. I don't know how they still have customers. I was interested in opening an investment, with that attention snow I ran. How do Banorte's customers endure this abuse?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen banco, con personal con trato normal, solo que los cajeros siempre fallan, usen el autocajero más cercano a la sucursal para no tener problemas como que les trague su tarjeta
It is a good bank, with staff with normal treatment, only that the ATMs always fail, use the closest ATM to the branch so as not to have problems like swallowing your card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He marcado más de 10 veces en diferentes ocasiones y ningún número contesta, una vez me contestó un ejecutivo y me dijo que me esperara, total me tuvo 2 horas en la línea y luego me colgó, yo estaba marcando del trabajo así que dejé el teléfono sonando y NO nunca contestan. Pésimo, ah y en sucursal 2 horas para que un ejecutivo te atienda
I have dialed more than 10 times on different occasions and no number answers, once an executive answered me and told me to wait for me, he had me on the line for a total of 2 hours and then he hung up on me, I was dialing from work so I left the phone ringing and they never answer. Terrible, oh and in a branch 2 hours for an executive to attend you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio telefonico, no es posible que marques y no te puedan apoyar con una pregunta, simplemente porque les da pereza realizar el servicio, me iba a atender un mentado Marco o marcos y nunca me atendió la llamada.
Terrible phone service, it is not possible for you to dial and they cannot support you with a question, simply because they are lazy to perform the service, a mentioned Marco or Marcos was going to answer me and he never answered the call.
