Terrible service from the executives, they let people who just arrive skip their shift just because their process believes that it does not take anything while one has been waiting for 1 hour in no rush, disastrous service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio!!! tengo marcando casi 1 hora a la linea BANORTE, marco a la sucursal y me atiende un sr. que para empezar no se identifica y esta platicando con alguien acerca de la comida, me dejó en espera. Colgue y volvi a marcar y me vuelve a dejar en espera; a la tercera llamada ya me da linea de ocupado y marco al otro numero y suena y suena sin que nadie atienda.
Por eso estamos como estamos... sus cajeros sucios y sin funcionar...
Terrible service!!! I have been dialing almost 1 hour to the BANORTE line, I dial the branch and a mr attends me. that she doesn't identify herself to begin with and is talking to someone about the food, she left me on hold. I hung up and dialed again and put me on hold again; on the third call it already gives me a busy line and I dial the other number and it rings and rings without anyone attending.
So we are as we are ... your ATMs are dirty and not working ...

AFTER GOING THROUGH SEVERAL BANKS, I FOUND THE BEST OF ALL, BANORTE HAS BEEN THE BEST, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND ECONOMIC SERVICE, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THAT IN OTHER BANKS THEY CHARGED ME UP TO 200 PESOS FOR STATEMENTS FOR FREE AND THEY GIVE THEM TO YOU HERE PRINTED.
