★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, para pasar con los ejecutivos se tarda uno horas. Los ejecutivos están en el celular, platicando entre ellos, o tomando café. De todas las mesas de ejecutivos, solo atienden 2 o 3 y con una lentitud tremenda, para que al final no resuelvan el problema del cliente. Es mejor cambiarse de banco.
Lousy customer service, to spend with executives it takes one hour. Executives are on the cell phone, chatting with each other, or drinking coffee. Of all the executive tables, they only serve 2 or 3 and with tremendous slowness, so that in the end they do not solve the client's problem. It is better to change banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que no es posible q no quieran cancelar las cuentas por extravio aunq vayas personalmente ni mucho menos por servicio pesimo servicio haca en tuxtla y eso q es para una persona descapacitada y ya de sesenta años es contra sus derechps q no atienda como deve de ser
That it is not possible that they do not want to cancel the accounts due to loss even though you go personally, much less because of the terrible service I did in Tuxtla and that is for a disabled person and already sixty years old it is against their rights that they do not attend as it should be
