They steal There are changes to the rates and stipulations in the contracts WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. They do not solve. Executives tell you to dial the 800 number. Those in the 800 number send you an email. Those in the mail tell you to talk to an executive at the bank. CONDUSEF is the answer. ?
