★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em general las sucursales de Banorte no son buenas, pero esta si rompe los límites, debería de haber una persona que los supervise, pésima atención, tiempo de espera irreal, tiene 4 o 5 escritorios para ejecutivos pero tienes suerte si no están paseando los 5 y 1 de ellos se digna a atenderte, de verdad parece atención o sucursal de Banco Azteca
In general, Banorte branches are not good, but this one if it breaks the limits, there should be a person to supervise them, terrible attention, unreal waiting time, it has 4 or 5 desks for executives but you are lucky if they are not walking all 5 and 1 of them deigns to assist you, it really looks like attention or Banco Azteca branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca empiezan a atender a las 8:30 en ventanilla si bien te va a las 9 van comenzando a tener servicio y para colmo con una sola ventanilla funcionando.
They never start to attend at 8:30 in a window, although it goes to you at 9 they start to have service and to top it off with a single working window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal! Estaba esperando mi turno y el gerente platicando por tel una llamada personal de su fiesta de navidad y cuando colgó metió a alguien sin turno a atender.
Eso no pasaba cuando era IXE
Y ya cuando alguien me atendió quedaron de marcarme para resolver mi problema y hasta la fecha ni sus luces.
Pésima atención!
Fatal! I was waiting for my turn and the manager talking on the phone a personal call from his Christmas party and when he hung up he got someone without a turn to attend.
That didn't happen when I was IXE
And when someone attended to me they were left marking me to solve my problem and to date or their lights.
Terrible attention!
