★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente banco, abren los días sábados y eso me encanta, no siempre tengo tiempo de ir entre semana, por ser sábado el monto máximo a retirar es de $10,000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, llegué al banco a las 3:30 y simplemente no me quisieron atender porque "abrir una cuenta lleva 50 minutos" y ya no les daba tiempo. Entonces que anuncien horario de atención hasta las 3 pm!!!!
Terrible experience, I arrived at the bank at 3:30 and they just didn't want to attend to me because "opening an account takes 50 minutes" and they didn't have time. Then they announce office hours until 3 pm !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio del asco, los "ejecutivos" no conocen sus procesos, no le dan seguimiento a tus solicitudes, no te contestan el teléfono mucho menos correos, en fin de lo peor que me ha tocado, si pueden realizar su tramite en otra sucursar se los recomiendo.
A disgust service, the "executives" do not know their processes, they do not follow up on your requests, they do not answer your phone much less emails, in short of the worst thing that has happened to me, if they can carry out their process in another branch, i recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De vdd NUNCA contraten NADA con Banorte, todo es malo, los de la línea telefónica y los del banco físico no saben nunca cómo ayudarte, en esta sucursal en específico en este momento las únicas dos ejecutivas disponibles atendiendo a un solo cliente…
Aunque mandes correos pidiendo ayuda, llames por teléfono o vengas a sucursales nunca me mandaron mi tabla de amortización que por contrato me tenían que dar. Al fin liquidé el crédito y JAMÁS en la vida volvería a contratar nada con este banco
