★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hagas tranferencias por SPEI en esta sucursal, ya que es mentira que en media hora hasta 2 horas se vera reflejado. No saben darle seguimiento a tu problema que ellos mismos comenzaron, debes estar ahi con ellos 24/7 para que se muevan a hacer los tramites y te devuelvan tu dinero.
 Do not make transfers through SPEI in this branch, since it is a lie that in half an hour to 2 hours it will be reflected. They do not know how to follow up on your problem that they started, you must be there with them 24/7 so that they can move to do the paperwork and give you your money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden primero a los los clientes frecuentes, ellos pasan sin turno y los saludan amablemente pero las personas que agarramos turno tenemos que esperar a que los clientes preferentes terminen para que te empiecen a pasar y nombrar turnos. Buena atención cuando te atienden pero no respetan los turnos de la gente nueva.
They attend first the frequent clients, they pass without turn and they greet them kindly but the people who take turns have to wait for the preferred clients to finish so that they start to pass and appoint shifts. Good attention when they attend you but do not respect the shifts of new people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonita sucursal, muy mal servicio por parte de su personal de Banca empresarial, ignorantes de sus propios procesos, sin seguimiento a los compromisos, ignorantes de los tipos de empresas existentes y sus implicaciones.
Very nice branch, very poor service from its Business Banking staff, ignorant of their own processes, without following through on commitments, ignorant of the types of existing companies and their implications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cierto los comentarios anteriores, si no eres cliente puedes esperar hasta una hora para cambiar un cheque y pasan primero a todos sus clientes, si pueden pidan cheques de otro banco y NO de Banorte.
Very true the previous comments, if you are not a customer you can wait up to one hour to change a check and pass first to all your customers, if they can ask for checks from another bank and NOT from Banorte.

I just made two tuition payments in less than 5 minutes at that branch. I am not a customer and I came for the first time. Excellent attitude and efficiency. I'll be back.

Diana y Juan pésimos ejecutivos… les pides que respeten los turnos y te ignoran… hablan por encima de lo que estás diciendo para no escucharte
