★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, la señora que te recibe es grosera y contesta mal. Nunca nos pasaron después de más de una hora cuando pasaron a otros que llegaron después. El peor banco que he ido.
The service is lousy, the lady who greets you is rude and answers badly. They never passed us after more than an hour when they passed others who arrived later. The worst bank I have ever been to.
