★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, uno llega temprano para ser el primero en tomar turno con ejecutivo y lo pasen, pero no es así, ignoraba que hay clientes preferentes, creo que al ser cliente con esa institución nos deben tratar a todos por igual, además había dos ejecutivos más y en lugar de dar atención, estaban en la plática.
Bad service, one arrives early to be the first to take turns with executive and pass, but it is not, I was unaware that there are preferred customers, I think that being a client with that institution we should treat everyone equally, there were also two executives more and instead of paying attention, they were in the conversation.

Cierran antes de las 4:00 pm, el guardia cierra la puerta antes y al mostarle la hora en mi celular dice "los cajeros ya me dieron la orden de cerrar puertas" apestan!!
Customer service hours are not respected
They close before 4:00 pm, the guard closes the door earlier and when I show him the time on my cell phone he says "the ATMs already gave me the order to close doors" they suck !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres ejecutivos y solo uno atiende a Clientes. Otro hace papeleria y otro más salió corriendo y no regresó. La fila que se alarga cada vez más y nos dejan afuera en el frío. En dos horas solo han pasado 4 personas verdaderamente pésima atención
Three executives and only one serves Clients. Another does stationery and another ran and did not return. The line that gets longer and longer and we are left outside in the cold. In two hours only 4 people have passed really bad attention
