★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente es una despota de cuidado, la ejecutiva que esta en el primer escritorio desde la puerta es una prepotente sin vocación de servicio y el unico varon es un incompetente. El personal de cajas son las unicas que estan bien. Eviten esta sucursal.
The manager is a despot of care, the executive who is at the first desk from the door is an arrogant one without a vocation for service and the only male is incompetent. The cashier staff are the only ones that are well. Avoid this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente, esperar de 3 a 4 horas para hacer un depósito disque por no ser cliente preferencial cuando a las cuentas dónde se depositan son clientes de los cuales se les paga.
Poor customer service, waiting 3 to 4 hours to make a deposit because they are not a preferred customer when the accounts where they are deposited are customers from whom they are paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banorte ha mejorado mucho en su imagen y sus instalaciones, lo que no ha logrado mejorar es la capacidad de servicio que brindan los asesores. Si la capacidad de ayuda de los asesores te es indiferente este banco funciona bien, de lo contrario en casi todos los demás bancos he recibido una mejor resolución por lo que recomiendo que mantengan su dinero en otros bancos hasta que banorte termine de remodelar no solo su imagen pero su servicio.
Banorte has greatly improved its image and its facilities; what it has not been able to improve is the service capacity provided by the advisors. If the advisers' ability to help is indifferent to you, this bank works well, otherwise in almost all other banks I have received a better resolution so I recommend that they keep their money in other banks until Banorte finishes remodeling not only their picture but your service.
