En internet manejan horario 17 y 16 hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia que, tuve en ese banco fue pésima, trate de aperturar una cuenta, fui tres veces y la persona que atiende directamente es la señora de la limpieza, al pasar con un ejecutivo solo recibí descortesías, me avergüenza que sea un banco mexicano.
La calificación que la daría sería un cero
The experience that I had in that bank was terrible, I tried to open an account, I went three times and the person who attends directly is the cleaning lady, when I passed with an executive I only received rudeness, I am ashamed that it is a Mexican bank.

Sin embargo, desafortunadamente en lo que concierne a su cajero automático a veces está cerrado y peor aún, otras más no cuenta con dinero en efectivo por lo que es imposible realizar retiros.
The counter service is quite efficient and fast, in the interest of not being such a busy bank branch. However, unfortunately when it comes to your ATM, sometimes it is closed and worse still, other times it does not have cash, making withdrawals impossible.
