★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la muchacha que está en la entrada dando turnos e información. Fui a recoger mi tarjeta de crédito por reposición ya que me asaltaron. Con mi pasaporte y mi cédula profesional como me indicaron por llamada los de soporte cuando la solicite. Y según ella "no me la darían" por qué la cédula no era válida en "esa sucursal". Yo me presenté tal cual con los documentos que me informaron por llamada y la chava me quiere dar la contra por dios. Todavía me dejó pasar y me dice que pasé, pero que no me la darían. Y si me la dieron.
