Desafortunadamente me han robado mi tarjeta 2 veces y he tenido que ir por la reposición a esta sucursal (Cervantes), donde parece que les voy a pedir prestado. En lugar de buscar la manera de ayudar buscan como batearte (que ni eso saben) sin ofrecer soluciones, se nota que no tienen noción de lo que es servicio y que están ahí realmente por una gran necesidad y pues como no les generas ninguna venta... ¡pobrecitas! no saben de verdad que el servicio postventa es incluso más importante, y aún así veo a las mismas tipas siempre, cada vez más jetonas, no sé como no las han corrido. Ellos están ahí para atender y como a cualquier empresa, los clientes/usuarios pagamos un servicio, del cual esperamos buena atención. Estas personas están de mal humor desde que abren hasta que cierran. De entrada es un sacrificio ir a esta sucursal para verles las caras, como para además tener que soportar sus malos tratos.
