When you open an account they want to charge you for an insurance of 1200 pesos which they no longer return to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quede muy decepcionado de esta sucursal ya que tenia la intención de abrir una cuenta enlace personal pero me piden abrirla con 6500 de apertura y a parte 1200 de un seguro, cuando la cuenta se abre con 3000 pesos. Pésimo servicio y sus empleados como policías vigilando el acceso al banco. ?
I was very disappointed in this branch since I had the intention of opening a personal link account but they ask me to open it with 6500 opening and 1200 apart from insurance, when the account is opened with 3000 pesos. Terrible service and its employees like policemen guarding access to the bank. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que atiende en la entrada te sugiere acudir a banco azteca para cambiar tu Nip de tarjeta, porque en el cajero de azteca te da más opciones. En lugar de ayudar están corriendo a los clientes antes de que entren al banco.
The lady who attends the entrance suggests you go to Banco Azteca to change your card PIN, because at the Azteca ATM it gives you more options. Instead of helping, they are rushing customers before they enter the bank.
