★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio sin duda no hay atención eh ido 4 veces a hacer una reposición de tarjeta y en ninguna se me ha atendido en una incluso dure tres horas y todavía me dicen que ya no alcanzaba a pasar que porque ya iban a cerrar, hasta parece que hay preferencias porque vi a una señorita que pasa a gente que solo conoce.
YO NO RECOMIENDO DE NINGUNA MANERA ESTE BANCO.
Tantas cajas y poca atención.
No buscan una solución al momento.
Hasta este momento no tengo solución de mi tarjeta.
Bad service without a doubt there is no attention I have gone 4 times to make a card replacement and in none I have been treated in an even last three hours and they still tell me that it was not enough to happen that because they were already going to close, it seems that there are preferences because I saw a young lady who happens to people she only knows.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK IN ANY WAY.
So many boxes and little attention.
They are not looking for a solution at the moment.
Until now I have no solution for my card.
