★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el sistema de fichas, para los que no tienen tarjeta tienes que estar rezando que no llegue nadie con tarjeta porque los van metiendo antes que a ti, esta bien que deben tener preferencia pero que no se pasen. Tengo una hora aquí y personas que tenían 15 minutos con tarjeta ya están pasando y a mi sabra dios a que hora me atiendan. Lo peor que he visto en un banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, ayer viernes fui a la sucursal de plaza independencia a cambiar un cheque llegué como a las 3:30 salió una ejecutiva y me dijo que no tenia efectivo ?? irónico pero fue la respuesta que me dio, ya no supe si reir ??? o llorar ??? por tal respuesta, lamentable el comportamiento y actitud del los ejecutivos de las sucursales espero tengan mejor actitud hacía el público y más a los que no son cuentahabientes
Very bad service, yesterday Friday I went to the Plaza Independencia branch to change a check I arrived around 3:30 an executive came out and told me that she had no cash ?? ironic but that was the answer she gave me, I no longer knew whether to laugh ??? or cry ??? for such a response, regrettable the behavior and attitude of the branch executives I hope they have a better attitude towards the public and more to those who are not account holders
