Terrible attention from the manager and executives. They take hours to attend and nobody solves. They send you to the phone line and they to the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorprendente lo poco informados que están sus ejecutivos de cuenta y las tonterías que dicen y hacen.. No tienen la menor idea de cómo funcionan los sistemas de Banorte y te cambian todo a cada rato. Simplemente una sucursal mediocre.
Surprising how uninformed their account executives are and the nonsense they say and do. They don't have the slightest idea of how Banorte's systems work and they change everything all the time. Just a mediocre branch.
