★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algunas personas del escritorio tratan mal a los clientes, como en mi caso, estuve en espera a que me atendieran y esa mujer que se desocupo, prefirió atender a una persona que llegó después que yo, al terminar de atender a esa persona le pregunté si me podía atender solicite con una de ellas abrir una cuenta, la persona lo pensó para atenderme, al iniciar mi trámite me pregunta si traía comprobante de domicilio, teléfono e INE, lógicamente para abrir una cuenta debo de llevar eso (me trato como tonta) posteriormente, de forma descortés no abrió mi cuenta.Es una mujer que se encuentra en el escritorio que está a la izquierda del gerente. Que mal servicio.
