Se tardan horas para que te atiendan y no te resuelven, quise cancelar una cuenta de nomina y dos ejecutivas de esa sucursal me dijeron que era imposible ya que esa cuenta se abrió en otro lado.. resulta que ese trámite se puede realizar en cualquier sucursal. Perdí tiempo, dinero, y Banorte un cliente más.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! It takes hours for them to attend to you and they do not solve you, I wanted to cancel a payroll account and two executives from that branch told me that it was impossible since that account was opened elsewhere .. it turns out that this procedure can be carried out at any branch . I lost time, money, and Banorte one more client.
