★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY LENTA LA ATENCIÓN Y LO PEOR ES QUE ENTRE LOS EJECUTIVOS SE LA PASAN PLATICANDO ENTRE ELLOS Y NO AGILIZAN LA ATENCIÓN DE LOS TRAMITES ADMINISTRATIVOS DEL BANCO, DEBERÍA HABER SUPERVISION DE ESTE PERSONAL Y SI FUESE NECESARIO REMOVERLOS.
 THE ATTENTION IS VERY SLOW AND THE WORSE THING IS THAT THE EXECUTIVES PASS THROUGH THEIR TALKS AND DON'T SPEED UP THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES OF THE BANK, THERE SHOULD BE SUPERVISION OF THIS PERSONNEL AND IF IT WAS NECESSARY TO REMOVE THEM.

Appalling. They do not update customer service data. It says on the page one hour of the schedule and they close earlier.

To be attended by an executive. You have to be willing to waste 3 hours of your time. The shifts only those of the bank understand.

Dan turnos y se les pasan, por qué no te te ingresan a tiempo. El personal muy déspota. Super ineficiente todo.
Terrible service, zero trained staff, they have technology and they don't know how to use it.
They take turns and they pass them, why don't they admit you on time. Very despotic staff. Super inefficient everything.
