Muy mal servicio acudí a esta sucursal para pagar el refrendo, y el @ICVNL en los estados de cuenta que nos facilita a través de su pagina comenta que solo con dar la información de las placas del vehículo era mas q suficiente para realizar el pago en BANORTE y me pedían la tarjeta de circulación la cual no la tenia en ese momento, asi como el IFE, pero si llevaba el estado de cuenta y primeramente me dicen que no hay sistema para realizar ese tipo de movimiento, me piden el estado de cuenta esto sin siquiera ingresar al sistema. Acudí a BANORTE para aprovechar promoción de meses sin intereses ya que debí de pagar el del 21 y el del 22 y asi ponerme al corriente. Eso fue el 25 por la mañana temprano, voy el 26 también temprano y vuelve a pasar lo mismo. Voy con un ejecutivo de cuenta a preguntar si era cierto que no había sistema para pagar refrendo y me dice que si, que estaba fallando pero era por períodos de tiempo, me dijo que si gustaba esperarme unos minutos y volver a revisar, lo cual no quise hacer porque no le vi la intención de dar el servicio, ya que ni siquiera ingresaban a revisar si estaba activo el sistema para este tipo de pagos. Hoy 31 de Enero pase a Sucursal Banorte centro de Apodaca y de inmediato pagué y a meses sin intereses, lo cual fue genial. Confirmó la falta de actitud para dar un buen servicio al cliente de parte del personal de sucursal Banorte suc. Ciénega de Flores.
