El cajero casi nunca funciona, la linea de conexión con los ejecutivos se reinicia y te deja esperando mucho mucho tiempo sin poder hablar con alguno, no puedes realizar pagos con tarjeta de otros bancos (únicamente efectivo y/o del mismo banco). He tenido malas experiencias en esta sucursal, les recomiendo la de plaza las torres, esta cerca y allí si me han resulto todo, además que tiene muchos cajeros :) The worst branch I have seen, in this place they do not solve anything for you. J	Joe González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí la semana pasada para activar la aplicación en mi celular, me entretuvieron hora y media y nomás no me atendieron bien un ejecutivo de nombre Jesús que está en un escritorio es un inútil bueno para nada que lo único que hace es hacer que los clientes pierdan el tiempo que vergüenza que esa firma financiera contraté ese tipo de gente buena para nada que nada más queman a la empresa deporsi con mala fama ese banco y con esa gente están acabados. Por nada recomiendo que acudan a esa sucursal y si es posible cambien de banco por ese banco mediocre.
