Si los ejecutivos no pueden resolver un problema que traiga un cliente, en lugar de disculparse y aceptar que no pueden ayudarte (buenas prácticas de atención al cliente), le piden a su guardia sacarte a patadas. Prefieren humillar a sus clientes que aceptar que no los pueden ayudar. This branch has a "time limit" (until the executives decide; the famous 'I already spent a lot of time on you now get out'). If executives can't solve a problem a customer brings up, instead of apologizing and accepting that they can't help you (good customer service practices), they ask their guard to kick you out. They would rather humiliate their clients than accept that they cannot help them.
