★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen al señor de seguridad (población de riesgo) recibiendo a clientes mientras el recepcionista mira su celular cómodo lejos de la puerta. El asesor casi de la entrada tuve que darle mi cuenta manualmente porque "no la encontraba" aunque me di mi INE y trajera vigente y no realizó mi trámite solicitado, me hizo firmar una hoja solo para que pareciera hizo un trámite hecho en otra sucursal. Muy mal servicio.

Telefone numbers are useless. Chatbots even more.
Banorte is en option as long as there is no problem.
If you have one - you´re completly alone.
