Hice tres pagos y literalmente estuve ahí cinco minutos, tienen un sistema muy eficiente y te atienden de la mejor manera.

Después de 20 años de tener una cuenta con ustedes tomé la decisión de cancelar por el pésimo servicio que me dieron en la sucursal 072 Madero en Monterrey las últimas veces que fui (todas en menos de 2 semanas). Me tomó más de 5 vueltas al banco para poder retirar dinero de mi cuenta (Que por falta de luz, falta de sistema, falla de banortel y no estaba la persona que podía autorizar un retiro de cierto monto). El personal fue cero empático, cero servicial y cero eficaz para resolver la simple petición de un retiro DE MI DINERO. Resulta que la única manera que me pudieron dar MI DINERO, fue cancelando la cuenta. Y para colmo, pusieron que el motivo de la cancelación fue "cambio de domicilio". Que cinismo por parte de su personal. Espero alguien de este banco le importe este comentario y haga algo para cambiar. Eran muy buen banco.
After 20 years of having an account with you, I made the decision to cancel due to the terrible service they gave me at the 072 Madero branch in Monterrey the last times I went (all in less than 2 weeks). It took me more than 5 laps to the bank to withdraw money from my account (That due to lack of electricity, lack of system, failure of the banortel and there was no person who could authorize a withdrawal of a certain amount). The staff was zero empathetic, zero helpful and zero efficient in resolving the simple request for a withdrawal OF MY MONEY. It turns out that the only way they could give me MY MONEY was by canceling the account. And to make matters worse, they put that the reason for the cancellation was "change of address". What cynicism on the part of your staff. I hope someone from this bank cares about this comment and does something to change it. They were a very good bank.

pésimo servicio. no quieren trabajar ni para dar un servicio básico .. estuve 10 min esperando y para que al final la señora no me quisiera atender

Contesto una mujer a mi llamada telefonica, sin identificarse con el banco y me transfirio dejandome "colgado" sin respuesta alguna. Mal servicio.
A woman answered my phone call, without identifying herself with the bank, and she transferred me, leaving me "hanging" with no response whatsoever. Bad service.
