★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimooooo, a mi papà le cobraron $600 que por que se atraso, si checan su historial esta al corriente ni un solo atraso, y estos dias de contingencia bien joden que no salgamos de casa, mi papà es de la 3ra edad y viven solos cuando me dijo fui a hacer el pago y el banco cerrado, en oxxo no lo recibieron y no quisieron mandar cobrador a domicilio que por que no tenian, hasta un dia despues que pude pagar en farmacias de ahorro y le cobran tanto no mmen... siempre pagan con anticipacion y se que les vale pero quedense con sus tranzas.

Y hablando en general de BANORTE, principalmente en sucursales de Guadalajara, es muy importante y necesario que actualicen toda la información (domicilios, teléfonos, número o nombre de cada sucursal y horarios de atención, porque está incompleta y muy obsoleta la información en las redes)

O sea que el servicio es para gente que viaja al extranjero, que tiene carrera profesional y tiene auto. Con uno solo no puedo hacer mi tramite, entonces que debo hacer para cambiar un cheque de 2000 pesos? Pagar un pasaporte, una licencia o terminar una carrera... Mejor me quedo sin mis dos mil pesos. Es mas caro lo que me piden y ni hablar del tiempo. Habrá que esperar a que me entreguen mi INE, Que por cierto, solo me pide un documento de identidad
