Siempre está muy lleno. Necesitan más personal. Y Eli MARTINEZ no le gusta su trabajo y atiende pésimo a los clientes, incluso quiere atender a 3 clientes al mismo tiempo y no les dedica tiempo a cada uno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de banco, es el banco que más intereses te genera y aunque quieras pagar no te dan un plan de apoyo como en otros bancos, y ni hablar de su personal tanto ejecutivos presenciales como los telefónicos los mas groseros y no te solucionan absolutamente nada. En mi opinión y experiencia el peor banco del mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal ya está operando, pero aun hay poco espacio, personas que paguen fichas de la UANL de rectoría, YA NO ACEPTAN PAGO CON TARJETA de débito ni crédito, solo efectivo, ahí decepcionaron en pleno 2021, quedó muy bien pero siendo noviembre todavía no está completamente operando bien hay personal y espacio muy limitado y lleno de cajas y muebles, hay suficientes ATMs 24 horas y hay mucho estacionamiento y gratuito
