Paisanos no manden dinero de Estados Unidos atravez de esta sucursal..mis familiares me dice que los hacen esperarar mucho tiempo para cobrar el dinero que por que no tienen "cuenta". Si se supone que ellos reciben un porcentaje del "fee" que cobra el banco mandante de Estados Unidos y a parte otro porcentaje al hacer el tipo de cambio..y todavia exigen y quieren que tengan cuenta!!
Lousy service. Paisanos do not send money from the United States through this branch ... my family tells me that they wait a long time to collect the money because they do not have an "account". If they are supposed to receive a percentage of the "fee" charged by the mandating bank of the United States and other percentage to make the exchange rate .. and still require and want them to have an account!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No abren los sábados . La atención es muy mala, parece el Oxxo, pasas con un ejecutivo y luego te dicen que no, que pases con otro y mientras ya estuviste esperando ahí.. que feos modos. En Xalapa siempre este atienden bien.. claro como es capital..
They don't open on Saturdays. The attention is very bad, it looks like the Oxxo, you go with an executive and then they tell you no, to go with another and while you were already waiting there... what an ugly manner. In Xalapa they always serve well... of course as it is capital...
