I went to replace a card, after lining up they sent me in front to make copies of the identification because the copier does not work, after lining up again they tell me that there are no plastics to replace, in the end I ended up going to another branch

If I could give it 0 stars I would, too bad you can't. The 3 times that I have gone to the person in box 1 with the mask on the chin, risk for the whole community and more for the older adults who go, apart from taking the temperature in hand, it obviously differs from the rest of the body, the recommendations are to take it on the forehead. The third time I went to withdraw money they marked me because the ATM was missing (evidence that he did not count it well) my mistake was not to count it right there (because unlike other banks they do not have screens or something to protect the security of the client while count the money) when I could count it they did not give the accounts, I was missing. I went to the branch, the manager very kindly (I have to accept it), he made the checkout of the box 2 times, unfortunately the money is good for them but not for me. The question of where that missing was left will remain unanswered. Be very careful when going, especially people with comorbidities and the elderly, count your money well before leaving because when you leave it magically disappears. A shame. In the end they recommended to me to count the money before leaving (risking my safety of course), I recommend them to be socially responsible citizens and to use the mask properly.
