★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen el peor servicio de cualquier banco, no respetan los turnos y pasan a la gente según tarde menos el tramite. Hacen auditorias de sanitizacion con toda la gente del local y solamente dejan 1 caja abierta, ni en el oxxo pasa esto. 1 hora me tomo un tramite sencillo por su mal manejo
They have the worst service of any bank, they do not respect shifts and pass people according to the delay less the process. They do sanitation audits with all the local people and only leave 1 box open, not even in the oxxo does this happen. 1 hour I take a simple procedure for its bad handling
