Tiene buen servicio , Ojalá pudieran hablar con la señorita de atención a clientes ,que mo fuera tan grosera con los clientes y que los tratará con atención ,yo entiendo que en ocaciones se nos complica el trabajo pero el cliente no tiene la culpa esto es en la sucursal MEDRANO en Guadalajara.

Watch out for the guy who named Alonzo, he will charge you $2,700/year and threaten you that if you don’t pay, you can’t open an account here. And he told me it’s their rule. After that, I went to BANORTE-Glorieta el Charro, there’s no such a rule to force people to pay for insurance and the process was very comfortable, General Ivan and his coworkers were really really nice and I successfully opened an account in Banorte. As a foreigner, I just wanna say shame on you Alonso de Banorte Sucursal 強烈反推這間Banorte,強迫推銷外加威脅不讓開戶,Medrano附近還有BANORTE-Glorieta el Charro,那裡服務真的很棒,有問必答,我因為開戶不小心拖到人家下班時間還手把手教我用ATM存錢,感恩的心!

There is also Banorte-Glorieta el Charro near Medrano. The service there is really good, and I have to answer all questions. I took care of it because the account opening was accidentally dragged to other people’s get off work hours. I use ATM to save money, grateful heart!

Obligatoriamente si vas a realizar un depósito grande, debes de acudir al cajero empresarial. Dicho cajero no acepta todos los billetes. Está muy mal calibrado.... Y la opciones de depósito son muy limitadas porque no da cambio.

Grupo financiero Banorte Después de conocer varios bancos y todos caracterizados por su mal servicio, lo que trato de buscar son los mayores beneficios que puedo tener como cliente. Banorte se ha promocionado como un Banco Mexicano y en cuanto a tarjeta de crédito ha Sido uno de los bancos que ofrece algunas de las cosas que en mi caso necesito. Las sucursales a las que he asistido manejan la ficha por código QR en este tiempo de pandemia da más seguridad tocar la menor cantidad de objetos posibles y eso es una buena opción. Están limpios y sus productos a través de la App me han funcionado bien ?

En esta sucursal, es pesimo el servicio no te quieren dar INFORMACION y te mandan a otra sucursal para que te la den y es de mi cuenta, y de una nueva cuenta a solicitar de la que no me dieron información y me mandaban a otra sucursal, asi mismo no me aclararon sobre el tema de los depositos en efectivo y me enviaban directos al Sat, parece que no los capacitan en sus propios instrumentos y menos en atencion a los clientes y proximos clientes.

Muy moderno, pague por primera vez una orden de pago de mi escuela y ya no se utilizan tickets para los turnos, ahora mandas un mensaje a un número que te dan en la entrada y éste te indicara un turno. Una muy buena propuesta y así se puede evitar largas filas y aglomeramiento
