★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio para retirar dinero, tuve 4 referencias distintas por el sistema automatizado, muy mal trato al cliente, y una desorganización enorme, el peor banco de todos. NO RECOMENDABLE.
Very bad service to withdraw money, I had 4 different referrals from the automated system, very bad customer treatment, and a huge disorganization, the worst bank of all. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

Very bad service in most banks if when you go they are closing they give you the service in this branch 4:01 and it's already tomorrow and it's wednesday imagine on a Friday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literalmente el peor Banorte en la ciudad, el más feo, con la peor ubicación, con el estacionamiento más pequeño y sobretodo con el servicio más lento. No puede ser que siempre solo hay 2 cajas abiertas cuando podrían abrir hasta un total mediocre de cuatro.
Mi recomendación es el únicamente utilizar este banco como la última opción, aunque estén cercas es mejor ir al de la Ortiz Mena o el de la Cantera 5. Evitar a toda costa
Literally the worst Banorte in the city, the ugliest, with the worst location, with the smallest parking and above all with the slowest service. It can't be that there are always only 2 boxes open when they could open up to a mediocre total of four.
My recommendation is to only use this bench as the last option, even if they are close it is better to go to the one in Ortiz Mena or the one in Cantera 5. Avoid at all costs
