★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una hora y cuarto para que me atendiera un ejecutivo!! No es posible, había 3 de ellos, pero en persona solo uno atendía y los otros dos no sé qué hacían; quien sabe cómo funciona su sistema de turnos, pues otras personas pasaban antes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chico de la entrada atiende super bien pero los ejecutivos una farsa, están en su celular y solo 2 atienden (buen servicio ejecutivo 6) a los otros les pagan por hacer absolutamente nada, bueno si, tomarse selfies con su bolso en la 8 y platicar a gusto como si nada tuviesen que hacer
The guy at the entrance serves super well but the executives are a sham, they are on their cell phone and only 2 attend (good executive service 6) the others are paid for doing absolutely nothing, well yes, taking selfies with their bag at 8 and talk at ease as if they had nothing to do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atencion de los ejecutivos. Si te quieres quejar o solicitas ayuda de alguien de la sucursam, la única respuesta que conocen es que hagas por teléfono. No resuelven nada.
Bad attention from the executives. If you want to complain or ask for help from someone in the branch, the only answer they know is to do it over the phone. They do not solve anything.

Really terrible service ..... he doesn't know how to explain well the one at the desk 6 terrible I wanted to know about a mortgage loan and he doesn't explain well run it he doesn't do his job because Banorte is still paying him without knowing anything and besides the sarcastic lady .. ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales de banorte, los ejecutivos de cuenta con pésima actitud ya nada mas viendo su reloj para su hora de salida. Para reposición de token no me aceptaron cédula profesional, ya que extravié mi token.
Of the worst branches of Banorte, the account executives with a terrible attitude and just looking at their watch for their departure time. For token replacement, they did not accept my professional license, since I lost my token.
