★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiados clientes. No se que tenga este banco pero las colas son kilometricas en ocasiones y en dias normales esta lleno total en su interior.
Cuando me toca pagar algo en este banco mejor pago para que me vayan a pagar porque la espera suele ser larga. Eso si el personal a pesar de la mucha afluencia de clientes siempre esta muy activo y brindan un muy buen servicio.
Too many customers. I don't know what this bank has but the queues are kilometers sometimes and on normal days it is full full inside.
When I have to pay something in this bank I better pay to get paid because the wait is usually long. That if the staff despite the large influx of customers is always very active and provide a very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del que atiende en la entrada, en tiempos de contingencia "no se permite pasar de dos personas" al menos no a todos, necesitaba pasae con mi mamá (adulto mayor) para apoyarla en el tramite y no me lo permitieron, pero otras personas más si entraron hasta con niños. Y también tardan mucho en hacer los trámites.
Terrible service of the one who attends at the entrance, in times of contingency "two people are not allowed" at least not all of them, I needed to pass with my mother (older adult) to support her in the process and they did not allow me, but others more people if they even entered with children.
