★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, si vas a realizar algún depósito es rápida la atención pero si vas a ver inversión, cambiar tarjeta o algún otro tipo de movimiento puedes pasar más de 2 horas en espera. Al ser una sucursal con clientes pensionados debería ser más rápida la atención pero no & cuando preguntas por el gerente nunca aparece
Lousy service, if you are going to make a deposit, attention is quick but if you are going to see investment, change cards or some other type of movement you can spend more than 2 hours waiting. Por motivos de seguridad en materia de salud, están dando acceso a 10 personas, obviamente esto hace que sea lenta la entrada. Me tocó ser la persona #19 en fila y tarde cerca de 40 minutos en ingresar y hacer la transacción pertinente, salvo si vas con un ejecutivo puede que tu tiempo de espera sea de una hora aproximadamente.

For health security reasons, they are giving access to 10 people, obviously this makes entry slow. I had to be the # 19 person in line and take about 40 minutes to enter and make the relevant transaction, except if you go with an executive, your waiting time may be approximately one hour.
