Simplemente te dan largas en todos los tramites. Quise abrir una cuenta ed Banorte para mi pensión del imss y después de tenerte 2 hrs bajo el sol , la "ejecutiva" sale con la mentira que el sistema para aperturar cuentas cierra a las 3.00 pm. Eran 3:15. La sucursal y todos sus servicios están abiertos hasta las 4:00, entonces como es que para mi caso ya se cerro el sistema y para lo demás no. Simplemente le dio flojera a la sra. Y no me quiso atender. Esto fue en la sucursal de fco. Villa. Voy a levantar una queja a CONDUCEF por discriminacion de usuarios y prepotencia!!!
