★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoría del personal es educado y amable , hoy tuve que ir a la sucursal y una chica que estaba en el cubículo 10 para la banca móvil fue grosera , parece que no tenía ganas de trabajar todo le molestaba ,cero paciencia ,cuando es lo más indispensable cuando estás en atención al cliente. En otras sucursales de otros bancos bien amables te explican cómo funciona la app y si tienes dudas con gusto te siguen ayudando y esta tipa no, ni había gente y tenia ella mucha prisa , hizo un comentario muy incómodo de que la a la gente no le gusta leer , si es la primera vez que usas eso obviamente no sabes por eso vas , como es algo que ella hace diario da por hecho que todos deben saber. Que mal que tengan ese tipo de gente grosera en un banco reconocido
