Solo atienden en dos ventanillas cuando hay 4. Siempre muy concurrido, pero esto se debe a que sus servicios digitales son lentos y nada intuitivo. Por eso las gente prefiere perder su tiempo en un banco en vez de utilizar la app dé banorte la cual es lenta y nada amigable. I'm thinking about which bank has better service and speed in Apizaco. Bancomer of the worst and Banorte is not far behind. Always very crowded, but this is because their digital services are slow and unintuitive.
