Pésimamente mal Servicio con los clientes!! En plena panademia no son acccesibles y se enojan todavía que hacen mal las cosas, y te hacen ir 5 veces porque disque te van a enviar la documentación al correo y nada que llega!! Uno tiene que moverse y no confiarse de ellos en esa sucursal ni ganas de estar con este Banco En Bancomer y Banamex son más accesibles

Pésimo servicio. Pareciera que uno de sus propósitos es el de cada vez dar peor atención al cuentahabiente. A pero para ofrecer créditos y tarjetas si están bien puestos.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO desafortunadamente desde que ingresas a esta "institución" recibes el peor servicio! Ya que las "señoritas" que asignan turno y que se supone estan al servicio del cliente para brindar información y/o en su caso auxiliar lo único que brindan es gestos de molestia, respuestas irónicas y groseras. Posteriormente pasas al segundo filtro, ventanilla de igual forma recibes desinterés y gestos de molestia únicamente por acudir a realizar un pago al banco para el que estás personas laboran. LAMENTABLE LA SITUACIÓN.

El peor servicio..!! Lentos, mal encarados y el colmo. Que en un Banco te digan que no pueden cambiarte un cheque porque su sistema tiene un detalle? Ósea cómo.? Que no los bancos se dedican a la administración de dinero? Por Dios.

Pésimo servicio por parte de los ejecutivos. No respetaron turnos, dando preferencia a personas sin turno, no servían los lectores de huella y perdí dos horas sin poder concluir mi trámite

Nunca me dieron tan mala atencion como en esta sucursal la cajera número 2 pedante y grosera como pocas te niega la atención y todavía le causa gracia pareciera q trabajará de a gratis

He acudido dos veces a esta sucursal porque es la que más cerca me queda, pero definitivamente lo único que saben hacer bien es mandar a otra sucursales que porque "es la que te toca y dónde te dieron de alta" lo cual me ha llevado a ir a la sucursal de estadio y pregunté si eso era correcto ya que no me dieron de alta en esa sucursal a lo cual me dijeron que no era vdd y me resolvieron incluso aperturamos cuentas, en otra ocasión también termine acudiendo a la sucursal de Ave del Moral en plaza palmas y ahí me atendieron muy bien, dejo esto aquí porque yo pertenezco a la sucursal de insurgentes y no es posible que te nieguen trámites con esa excusa... Lo que me lleva a pensar que las personas que te atienden no están capacitados y por eso te mandan a otras sucursales

Pésimo servicio, yo entiendo que la modalidad de sacar el turno por watts es para que todo sea más rápido, pero hace un rato le negaron la entrada al banco a un familiar solo por no llevar celular. Como tal ella no usa celular y que coraje que pase esto..
