They don't open at 8am, not on Saturdays either. And on weekdays they are supposed to open at 8:30 am. It's already 8:40 am, there's a line and they don't open. They do not respect the time of others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señorito que está atendiendo en la entrada es muy déspota y cero amable. Los asesores no saben ni siquiera responder el saludo y todo lo hacen de mala gana. Les recomiendo que mejor vayan a otro banco.
The gentleman who is serving at the entrance is very despotic and zero friendly. The advisers do not even know how to respond to the greeting and they do everything reluctantly. I recommend that you better go to another bank.
