★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poca iniciativa por parte de los ejecutivos, nada más te traen dando vueltas y no resuelven nada, si vas a hacer un solo movimiento en ventanilla prepárate para estar mínimo 2 horas esperando, tienen un nuevo sistema por turnos que ni ellos entienden y no respetan el orden de como va llegando la gente. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no están organizados. El gerente de la sucursal no atiende a nadie y además es la 1:30 pm, dale de su oficina literal en “sandalias” y se va. De 7 escritorios solo dos tienen gente que está atendiendo de manera súper lenta. No le aclaran a los clientes los trámites que puede atender cada uno.
Terrible service, they are not organized. The manager of the branch does not attend to anyone and it is also 1:30 pm, give him from his office literally in "sandals" and he leaves. Out of 7 desks, only two have people who are attending in a super slow way. They do not clarify to clients the procedures that each one can attend to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario de entrada dice 8:30 am. Llegué temprano y un señor canoso me dijo "en lo que hacemos arqueo, nos tomará tiempo y comenzaremos a realizar transacciones a las 9 am"... Entonces, porque dice 8:30 AM?? Eran las 8 y nadie había llegado!!!
The entrance time says 8:30 am. I arrived early and a gray-haired man told me "in what we do, we will take time and we will begin to make transactions at 9 am" ... Then, why does it say 8:30 AM? It was 8 and nobody had arrived !!!
