★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de los “ejecutivos” nunca pueden hacer un trámite porque “no se puede” y si no eres de esa sucursal te piden 2 identificaciones aún llevando el INE y no es garantía que se te ayuden; se la pasan platicando entre ellos y comiendo, las “cajeras” nefastas no saben ni cómo se maneja el banco donde “trabajan” le sale más barato a Banorte cerrar esa sucursal con empleados tan ineficientes y con aires de grandeza. Como cliente, no tengo porque permitir que me traten como si me hicieran un favor, cuando soy yo quien se los hace, manteniendo un cuenta bancaria en la empresa que les paga su nómina y les lleva de tragar a ellos y su familia.
Bad service of the "executives" can never do a procedure because "you can not" and if you are not from that branch they ask you for 2 IDs even carrying the INE and it is not a guarantee that they will help you; they spend their time talking to each other and eating, the nefarious "cashiers" do not even know how the bank where "work" is operated, it is cheaper for Banorte to close that branch with employees that are so inefficient and with an air of grandeur. As a client, I do not have to let them treat me as if they were doing me a favor, when I'm the one doing it, keeping a bank account in the company that pays their payroll and takes them to swallow them and their family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita Karla Palacios disque ejecutiva de ese lugar, no da la cara ni contesta las llamadas de sus clientes y te deja en la línea esperando. Tengan cuidado si es que la conocen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, siempre hay alguien que te esta atendiendo. Y resuelven de manera cordial tu problema o duda. Las cajas son muy eficientes y nunca he tenido algún problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy marqué para solicitar informes sobre un trámite y la recepcionista/telefonista Liliana fue muy grosera. Me dijo que había 3 personas que realizaban ese trámite y que requería el nombre del que me atendió. Como no lo sabía me dijo que no me podían ayudar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicios, es la única sucursal donde se demoran bastante en atenderte, los ejecutivos nunca saben revolver los problemas que uno como cliente llega a tener, siempre quieren que todo lo resuelvas por teléfono. A pensar de que no tienen gente se tardan más de media hora en atenderte.
Pity services, it is the only branch where they take a long time to assist you, executives never know how to solve the problems that one as a client has, they always want everything solved by phone. To think that they do not have people take more than half an hour to assist you.

El gerente siempre pierde todos los documentos importantes de los clientes.
Abrir una cuenta en este banco es un suplicio y te hacen perder horas durante días, y su servicio telefónico es aún peor que el de la sucursal.
No dan seguimiento a los problemas que ellos ocasionan a los clientes, y parece que te estuvieran haciendo un favor al abrir una cuenta en este pésimo banco.
Eso sí, todavía no te terminan de abrir la cuenta, cuando sin haberlo permitido, ya te están hablando para ofrecerte seguros.
Es penoso que este sea un banco mexicano.
Terrible service and customer care.
The manager always loses all the important documents of the clients.
Opening an account at this bank is an ordeal and they make you lose hours for days, and their phone service is even worse than that of the branch.
They don't follow up on the problems they cause to customers, and it seems like they were doing you a favor by opening an account at this lousy bank.
Of course, they still have not finished opening the account, when without having allowed it, they are already talking to you to offer you insurance.
It is sad that this is a Mexican bank.
