★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible sucursal, siempre hacen esperar a las personas demasiado tiempo, sólo abren dos cajas de cuatro, hace un momento a una señora de la tercera edad le negaron la atención de un servicio y el gerente huyendo para no aclarar la situación.
Me cambié a este banco porque es un banco mexicano, pero eso no basta, su app es malísima como la mayoría de sus empleados.
Terrible branch, they always make people wait too long, they only open two boxes out of four, a moment ago an elderly lady was denied service and the manager ran away so as not to clarify the situation.
I switched to this bank because it's a Mexican bank, but that's not enough, their app is terrible like most of their employees.
