La atención es muy lenta (en verdad MUUUY LENTA) y es común que sin importar la hora, este lleno porque máximo atienden 2 cajeros (as). Y por cierto, el cajero nunca tiene efectivo.
The attention is very slow (really VERY SLOW) and it is common that regardless of the time, it is full because they serve 2 ATMs. And by the way, the cashier never has cash.

Pésimo servicio. Aun con cuenta preferente más de 45 min para No ser atendido. Los ejecutivos son lentos y a nadie le importa el servicio la cliente.

El peor banco de todos, es nefasto su servicio además de que cobran las comisiones más altas del mercado, cuidado al invertir o contratar cualquier servicio!!

Hace unos minutos estube ahi y esto fue mi mal fortuna. Me enviaron una remesa por BanorteMoney (mala idea), espere en linea desde la 3:15pm hasta las 3:57 pm para que me atendieran, la srta. En ventanilla me dijo que necesitaba una copia de mi ife para que ella me diera el dinero de mi remesa, aparte me dijo que eso no garatizaba que me dieran mi dinero porque el tope es 25,000 pesos. Le comente a la srta que no era justo que me pidieran eso porque no contaba con otra hora mas para estar esperando. Ella sinembargo me dijo que no habia problema que ella me atenderia y no tendria que hacer fila, sali rapidamente a buscar una copia para poder recoger MI DINERO. Al regresar el “subgerente” juan quien nego darme su apellido ya habia cerrado la puerta, me dijo que ya no podia entrar. Le dije que solo Sali a sacar una copia y que la srta de la ventanilla dijo que no habia problema. Con un tono condecendiente me dijo que a el no le importaba con quien alla hablado y que el no me iba a dejar pasar. Llevo mucho tiempo esperando cobrar mi remesa, y les aseguro que nunca tendre nada que ver son su banco, y me encargare que TODOS mis conocidos tampoco. LES PROMETO QUE DIFUNDIRE ESTE MENSAJE POR TODAS LAS REDES SOCIALES PARA QUE NADIE HAGA NEGOCIOS CON BANCOS COMO EL DE UDS.

Hoy en ventanilla me dieron un billete de 500 falso y al reportarlo con la gerente me dijo que no podia hacer nada y que probablemente yo inserte el billete falso! Tengan cuidado con esta sucursal!!

Pésimo servicio en ventanillas, tanto los cajeros como la cajera que están ahí te ponen una mala cara y nunca te apoyan de acuerdo al servicio que necesitas. Hoy hay bastante gente y de verdad no puedo creer que sólo UNA caja de cuatro esten funcionando. Si no quieren ir a trabajar mejor no trabajen. Personas como ustedes sobran.
Lousy service in windows, both the cashiers and the cashier who are there put a bad face and never support you according to the service you need. Today there are quite a few people and I really can't believe that only ONE box of four is working. If you don't want to go to work better, don't work. People like you are left over.
