★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su sistema de turnos es malísimo, no funciona correctamente un ejecutivo me lo confirmo.... dan los turnos según el criterio de importancia de prioridad de trámite..... puede pasar antes alguien que llego hace 1 minuto y tu tener esperando 40 minutos..... sin importar si eres de la tercera edad o estas en estado de embarazo avanzando....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento, te lleva mucho tiempo cualquier trámite. Incluso si voy al cajero automático, hay larga fila, tengo que programarme para ir despues de las 5 de la tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es extremadamente pésimo. Se tarden más de una hora en pasarte aunque no haya mucha gente. El gerente nunca estuvo presente por lo tanto no se podían realizar quejas. Los empleados no están bien capacitados y no te podían ayudar con nada. Cero lo recomiendo.
The service is extremely bad. It takes more than an hour to spend even if there aren't many people. The manager was never present therefore no complaints could be made. The employees are not well trained and could not help you with anything. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal fue renovada recientemente. Ahora tienen un sistemas de turnos con lo cual ya no esperas parado en la fila. Me gusta que el sistema de turnos se hace con tu tarjeta de débito o crédito, lo cual garantiza que hay prioridad para los clientes.
En la sección de cajeros cuentan con 4, y 2 de ellos son de los cajeros que cuentan con la opción de hacer depósitos y pagos en efectivo y están abiertos 24 horas.
El estacionamiento de la plaza es insuficiente para la demanda aveces se batalla en encontrar un lugar donde estacionar.
This branch was recently renovated. They now have a shift system so you no longer expect to stand in line. I like that the shift system is done with your debit or credit card, which guarantees that there is priority for customers.
In the ATM section they have 4, and 2 of them are ATMs that have the option of making deposits and payments in cash and are open 24 hours.
Parking in the plaza is insufficient for demand. Sometimes they struggle to find a place to park.
