Lentos. Tardaron más de una hora en atenderme. Terminan de atender a alguien y tardan eternidades en atender a otra persona, se paran, platican y repiten el ciclo. Qué asco de servicio.

Deplorable el servicio de esta sucursal y por lo tanto del banco, no soy su cliente , pero fui a hacer un depósito , y aunque yo llegue primero le daban atención a los que llegaban, entendí que se debía que eran sus clientes pero después de un tiempo que, solo eran dos cajas abiertas y no llamaban continuamente, sino q a veces ninguno atendía a nadie, y luego retomaban la atención perp con los q iban llegando, jamás intercalaron turnos, el empleado me dijo que si, que nosotros que no eramos clientes del banco, íbamos hasta el final, con un despotismo e indiferencia ! Malísimo , si el empleado es así, como sera el banco!!! ????

Banorte es el peor banco para atención en linea. Tengo que ir a esta sucursal a arreglar todos los problemas con mi crédito automotriz. El problema fue que conseguí mi seguro de auto por mi cuenta para el 2do año, hice el trámite como me dijeron pero aún así, me lo cobraron diferido y además me cargaron intereses. He querido meter una aclaración con la financiera y me dicen que debe ser a través de la sucursal donde tramité el crédito. Lo hice y llevo desde mayo esperando que me resuelvan y me regresen el dinero que me cobraron de más por el seguro + intereses.

Bastante desgastante venir a esta sucursal, primero no te deja entrar el de seguridad sin ni siquiera preguntar si puede uno escanear el código, ( el tampoco lo sabe usar) y en los trámites sin bastante fijados y cada ejecutivo hace lo que quiere muy incomodo llegar a esta sucursal

Fui el día de hoy a solicitar información para apertura de una cuenta y era un caos la secuencia de los turnos. La persona que atiende la puerta es amable y hace lo que puede pero no está bien controlado el sistema de turnos. Amablemente externé que se había saltado mi turno (tardé hora y media debido a esto) y la ejecutiva que me iba atender se molestó por esto y me atendió de una manera cortante y me atendió en 1 minuto. Desmotiva transferir tu dinero a un banco donde te atienden con malas caras.

Pésimo, servicio, fui a cambiar un cheque y me dijeron que no estaba liberado y no lo podían cambiar, llevamos depósitos y tampoco los quieren aceptar que debemos ir. Nuestra sucursal lo curioso es que vamos otra sucursal que está. Unsa cuadras y se pueden hacer todos lo movimientos. No vayan a esa sucursal.

Les doy 2 estrellas porque no había fila y me atendieron rápido. Todo lo demás fue un desastre; no puedo creer la inflexibilidad e ineptitud de la persona que me atendió. Requisitos totalmente diferentes a los que me dijeron por teléfono y al final obviamente tuve que ir a otra sucursal, donde arreglaron mi problema en 2 minutos. Claramente no están bien capacitados los agentes en esta sucursal
I give them 2 stars because there was no line and they served me quickly. Everything else was a disaster; I cannot believe the inflexibility and ineptitude of the person who attended me. Totally different requirements than what they told me on the phone and in the end I obviously had to go to another branch, where they fixed my problem in 2 minutes. Agents at this branch are clearly not well trained
